3-2-7: HOURS FOR OPENING AND CLOSING:
   A.   Opening Of Business: No business licensed under the provisions of this chapter except class III shall open said business to offer the sale of liquor, beer or wine, before the hour of six o'clock (6:00) A.M. from Monday through Saturday, and shall not open said business to offer the sale of liquor, beer or wine, before the hour of twelve o'clock (12:00) noon on Sunday. Class III licensed business shall open said business to offer the sale of liquor, wine or beer by package, Monday through Sunday when said business is open for normal hours of operation.    B.   Closing Hours: The closing hours are as follows:
      1.   Sunday through Thursday, close at one o'clock (1:00) A.M.; Friday and Saturday, close at two o'clock (2:00) A.M.
      2.   On New Year's Eve only, for an additional fee of fifty dollars ($50.00), class I tavern, lounge or club will be allowed to remain open until the hour of four o'clock (4:00) A.M.
   C.   Admittance After Closing Prohibited: Pertaining to the closing hours stated in subsection B of this section, all businesses that are allowed to sell alcoholic beverages for consumption on the premises shall refuse admittance after closing, and will be allowed thirty (30) minutes for customers to consume drinks and dispatch all customers from said premises.
