3-2-2: DEFINITIONS:
For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions are stated:
LICENSEE: Any "person" as defined in this section receiving a license under this chapter.
LIQUOR: Whiskeys, gin, rum, vodka, etc., as well as wines, brandies and beer.
PERSON: Any person, firm, partnership, club, lounge, association or corporation. (Ord., 5-10-1983)
