2-1-9: TESTING OF DISASTER WARNING DEVICES:
The testing of the disaster warning devices including outdoor warning sirens shall be held only on the first Tuesday of each month at ten o'clock (10:00) A.M. (Ord. ESDA-0401, 4-27-2004)
