If the person whose arrest formed the basis for the administrative tow is acquitted of all charges, the administrative fee shall be returned to the person upon presentation by such person to the Chief of Police of evidence of acquittal, such as a judgment or finding or verdict of "Not Guilty." Upon presentation of such evidence, the Chief of Police shall notify the Treasurer, who shall return the funds. (Ord. 2021-001, 1-13-2021)
