6-9-4: OPPORTUNITY FOR HEARING:
The registered owner of the motor vehicle or the agents of that owner shall have the opportunity for a hearing pursuant to § 11-208.3(b)(4) of the Motor Vehicle Code. Hearings under this section shall be conducted by a Hearing Officer in accordance with the procedures set forth in Title I Chapter 10 of this Code of Ordinances. (Ord. 2021-001, 1-13-2021)
