1-9-1: SEAL ESTABLISHED:

The corporate seal of the village shall be a circular disk one and three-fourths inches (13/4") in diameter, with the words and figures "Incorporated January 2, 1900, Illinois" supplemented by a scroll inscribed with the words "Corporate Seal, Village of Divernon" in Roman capitals . (Ord., 4-20-1908)
