10-1-6: CONFLICTING PROVISIONS:

Whenever the requirements of this title are at variance with the requirements of any other lawfully adopted rules, regulations, ordinances, deed restrictions, or covenants, the most restrictive or imposing higher standards shall govern. (Ord. 2018-004, 6-27-2018)
