9-5-4: APPROVAL OF PLAT OF ANNEXATION:
The village board shall, upon motion and majority vote, approve the annexation of any property and authorize the president and village clerk to sign the proposed plat of annexation. The certificate shall be in the following form:
Approved by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Divernon at a meeting held                    , 20    .
