A. Filing Fees: The filing fees under this title relating to subdivision control shall be as follows:
1. Preliminary plat application: One hundred fifty dollars ($150.00).
2. Final plat application: One hundred dollars ($100.00), plus two dollars ($2.00) per lot, plus costs for plat review and inspection as set forth in subsection B of this section.
3. Add on condominium plat review: One hundred dollars ($100.00).
B. Costs For Plat Review And Subdivision Inspection: In consideration of the expenses incurred by the village, both in professional and consulting fees, and in time expended by village employees reviewing and inspecting subdivision improvements, the developer or subdivider shall pay to the village one and one-half percent (11/2%) of the estimated cost (as approved by the village engineer) of construction of the public improvements in the proposed subdivision. Such payment shall be due prior to the recording of the final plat by the village. (1997 Code)
