A. Any owner or owners of any dangerous building or structure, including the lienholders of record, failing to comply with any notice provided pursuant to this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this Code.
B. Any occupant or lessee in possession failing to comply with any notice to vacate a dangerous building or structure in accordance with any notice provided pursuant to this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this Code.
C. Any person removing a notice posted pursuant to this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this Code. (Ord. 2015-001, 4-22-2015)
