A. Appointment By President: The president shall appoint all officers as defined in subsection 1-7-1B of this chapter, subject to the advice and consent of the board of trustees.
B. Temporary Officers: The president may appoint a person to a temporary office for a period of not more than thirty (30) days without said advice and consent.
C. Removal Of Officers: The board of trustees shall have power to remove from office any of the officers of the village for just cause (malfeasance, misfeasance or nonfeasance in office). (1997 Code)
