A. The Village Board approved architects will have the authority to the enforcement of commercial building codes and issuing of said permits to comply with Illinois Building Code requirements as of July 1, 2011 (Public Act 096-0704).
B. The Zoning Administrator shall enforce the provisions of the residential building codes and zoning issues for both residential and commercial. The Commercial Building Code and permit issuance will be the responsibility of the approved architects of the Village of Divernon. (Ord. 2016-006, 8-10-2016)
