A. The Village hereby adopts the present standards for all residential and commercial building codes as follows:

2011 National Electrical Code.
International Energy Conservation Code (latest edition).
2. Commercial:
2012 International Building Code.
2012 International Fuel Gas Code.
2012 International Mechanical Code.
2012 International Property Maintenance Code.
2012 International Fire Code.

B. Three (3) copies of said codes shall be and remain on file in the Office of the Village Clerk, and the same are hereby adopted and incorporated as though fully set out at length herein. (1997 Code)
