1-6-9: COMMITTEES:

   A.   Standing Committees: The board of trustees shall have six (6) standing committees, each with two (2) members. The committees shall be as follows:

      Personnel and human resources.

      Public works:

      Streets and alleys.

      Utilities.

      Buildings, grounds, lights and technology.

      Finance.

      Health and safety.

      Community and economic development.

   B.   Special Committees: Special committees shall be created from time to time as directed by the president. All committees and their chairpersons shall be appointed by the president by and with the advice and consent of the board. (Ord. 2-06, 4-26-2006)
