6-1-2: APPLICATION TO ANIMALS AND BICYCLES 1 :
Any person riding a bicycle or an animal or driving any animal drawing a vehicle upon any street shall be subject to the provisions of this title applicable to the driver of a vehicle, except those provisions which can have no application to one riding a bicycle or driving or riding an animal.
