The order of business at meetings of the village board shall be as follows:
Call to order.
Reading of the minutes of preceding meeting (or copies of the minutes furnished).
Amendments and/or corrections of said minutes.
Adoption or approval of minutes.
Presentation, consideration, payment of bills.
Acknowledgment of visitors (complaints).
Committee reports.
Old business.
New business.
Adjournment.
