In the absence of the president at any meeting, the board shall elect one of its members president pro tem, who, during such absence, shall possess the powers of the president as is provided by statute 1 . An acting president or a president pro tem may vote in his capacity as trustee, but he shall not be entitled to another vote in his capacity as acting president or president pro tem. (1997 Code)
