1-6-4: ATTENDANCE:
It shall be the duty of every member of the board to be present on time at every meeting of the board unless unavoidably prevented, and no member shall absent himself during the session unless excused by a majority of the members present. A majority of the board shall constitute a quorum. (1997 Code)
