1-6-1: COMPOSITION:

The board of trustees shall consist of six (6) trustees and one president, who shall preside over said village board of trustees. The president and the six (6) trustees, aforesaid, and their successors in office, shall thenceforth be considered a body corporate by the name and style of the president and the board of trustees of the village of Divernon, Illinois. (1997 Code)
