4-5-1: LOCK BOX REQUIRED:
The following types of structures shall, from and after the effective date hereof, have installed and at all times maintained, a key lock box at or near the main entrance of the structure or at such other location as may be designated by the chief of the Divernon fire protection district fire department: (Ord. 2007-03, 7-11-2007)
   A.   Commercial or industrial structures which have automatic fire alarm or fire suppression systems or which are secured in a manner which may restrict entry during an emergency when access by the Divernon fire protection district fire department is required.    B.   Multi-family residential structures which have restricted access through locked doors with a common access corridor to living units within the structure.
   C.   Governmental structures, nursing care or rehabilitation living facilities, and institutional living facilities which are not staffed on a twenty four (24) hour per day basis and afford accessibility to all areas of such structures on a continuous basis; provided, that any portions of such facilities which are not accessible on a continuous basis shall have a key lock box installed.
   D.   Schools, churches, and other structures in which assemblies occur. (Ord. 2007-03, 7-11-2007)
