4-3-3: FAILURE TO ABATE NUISANCE:
If an owner or occupant fails or refuses to abate the nuisances described in this chapter, the village may cause the same to be abated in the manner and pursuant to the procedure set out in chapter 2 of this title. (Ord., 7-11-1984; amd. 1997 Code)
