4-3-2: GARBAGE AND RUBBISH PROHIBITED:

Every owner or occupant of real estate within the village shall keep the same free from trash, rubbish, garbage and refuse. It shall be unlawful for an owner or occupant to permit said trash, rubbish, garbage and refuse to accumulate or be on any real estate within the village. (Ord., 7-11-1984)
