4-3-1: PERMISSIBLE HEIGHT:
   A.   Duty Of Owner To Cut: Every owner of real estate within the village shall cut the weeds and grass on his property at all times as may be necessary so that the weeds and grass shall not exceed ten inches (10") in height. It shall be unlawful for any owner to refuse or neglect to cut the weeds and grass when they reach a height in excess of ten inches (10").
   B.   Failure Of Owner To Cut; Subsequent Remedies: In such circumstances where an owner of real estate within the village fails to cut the weeds and grass on his property at all times as necessary so that the weeds and grass shall not exceed ten inches (10") in height pursuant to subsection A of this section resulting in abatement of the nuisance pursuant to section 4-2-10 of this title, the village may thereafter abate the nuisance on the particular property where a nuisance has already been abated when weeds and grass exceed seven inches (7") in height.
