A. Prohibited: It shall be unlawful to wilfully burn any building, for any reason, under any condition, including the training of firefighters, within the limits of the village.
B. Penalty: Any person found guilty of violating subsection A of this section shall be subject to a fine of not more than two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500.00) nor less than five hundred dollars ($500.00), and in addition shall be subject for the liability of any and all damages to any and all property, both public and private. Also, such person shall be subject for the liability of any and all personal injury caused by the violation, either directly or indirectly, and each case may be considered as a separate offense.
