§ 94.022 OPEN BURNING.
   (A)   OPEN BURNING is the outdoor burning of natural vegetation to dispose of leaves, branches and natural vegetative material.
   (B)   Open burning is not allowed within the city limits unless pre-approved by the City Council and a permit obtained from the Fire Department.
