§ 6-5-10 PIT BULL DOG IMPOUNDMENT.
   Pit bull dogs found to be in violation of this chapter or pit bull dogs not confined to the premises of the owner in accordance with the provisions of this chapter shall be presumed dangerous and shall be immediately impounded by the Animal Control Officer or any police officer in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.
