§ 7-2-1 ADOPTION OF STATE LAW.
   All the provisions and requirements of the general law of South Carolina in regard to alcohol and alcoholic beverages, insofar as these provisions have application within the city, are hereby accepted and adopted and made a part of this chapter and Code as fully as though set out herein. It shall be unlawful for any person to fail, neglect or refuse to comply with the sections so adopted and any person so failing, neglecting or refusing to comply with such sections so adopted shall be punished as provided in § 1-3-48 of this Code.
