§ 1-3-45 ORDINANCES ENTERED IN BOOK.
   The Clerk shall enter in a well bound book copies of all ordinances passed by the Council. The book in which ordinances are thus entered shall be known as the "Ordinance Book of the City of Dillon, South Carolina" and shall be indexed.
