§ 4-3-8 LICENSE FOR INSTALLATION REQUIRED.
   The installation and connection of the building to the water distribution line should be completed by a person properly licensed by the city to perform such service and shall be the responsibility of the property owner. After installation, the property owner shall be responsible for maintenance for the connection and service line from the curb stop into the house.
