§ 1-3-7 AGENDA.
   Matters to be considered by Council at a regular meeting shall be placed on a written agenda prepared by the City Manager and publicly posted by the Clerk by noon of the day preceding the meeting. Matters not on the agenda may be considered upon request of a member unless two (2) members object.
