§ 4-2-21 PENALTIES.
   Whoever continues any violation beyond the time limit provided in § 4-2-20 shall be deemed guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be subject to a fine not more than two thousand dollars ($2,000). Each day’s continued violation shall constitute a separate offense.
