Any person, firm or corporation who violates any of the provisions of the sewer rules and regulations shall be served by the Utilities Director with written notice, stating the nature of the violation and providing a reasonable time limit for the satisfactory correction thereof. The offender shall, within the time stated in such notice, or as may be extended by the Utilities Director, permanently cease all violations.
