§ 4-1-1 PURPOSE.
   This title sets forth uniform requirements for users of the city's waterworks and sewerage system and enables the city to comply with all applicable state and federal laws required by the Clean Water Act of 1977 and S.C. Code §§ 48-5-10 et seq.
