5-101: CODES ADOPTED:
   The most recent editions of the following international codes relating to building, plumbing, electrical installations, and fire prevention, recommended by the International Code Council, Inc., are hereby adopted by reference, as provided by 11 Oklahoma Statutes section 14-107; 47 Oklahoma Statutes section 582:
   International building code;
   International plumbing code;
   International mechanical code;
   National electrical code;
   International fire code.
   Copies of said codes, rules and standards shall be kept in the office of the town clerk for use, inspection and examination by the public.

5-102: FIRE LIMITS:
   A.   Defined: The fire limits zone of the town shall be defined as the town limits.
   B.   Buildings Within Fire Limits: No building or structure, other than residential housing, shall be built, constructed, improved or added to that situated within the zone known as fire limit zone unless said structure, in addition to the building, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical code requirements adopted in section 5-101 of this chapter, also meets the plans and specifications of the Oklahoma state fire marshal for business and/or public buildings, which plans and specifications by the state fire marshal are hereby adopted by reference thereto.

5-103: VIOLATIONS; PENALTIES:
   A.   Penalties:
      1.   Any person who violates any provision of this chapter pertaining to building, plumbing and electrical codes or fails to comply with any of the requirements thereof or who shall install electrical services, plumbing and/or mechanical works, or construct or erect buildings or additions thereto in violation of an approved plan or directive of the town mayor, or does work without licenses required under the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of an offense, which shall be punishable as provided in section 1-108 of this code.
      2.   Any person, firm, or corporation who engages in any business, trade, or vocation for which a license, permit, certificate, or certificate of registration is required by this chapter without having first obtained a valid license, permit, certificate or certificate of registration as required, or who shall fail to do anything required by this chapter or by any code adopted herein, or who shall violate any lawful regulations as provided in this chapter shall be guilty of an offense and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punishable as provided in section 1-108 of this code.
   B.   Injunctive Relief: No penalty imposed by and pursuant to this section shall interfere with the right of the town to make application to a court of proper jurisdiction for injunctive relief or other appropriate action, legal or equitable, against such person, firm, or corporation deemed to be violating the building, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical codes as set forth in this chapter.
   C.   Application To Corporations And Associations: The violation of any terms or provisions of this chapter by any corporation or association shall subject the principal officers and agents thereof, actively in charge of the business and of such corporation or association, to the penalties provided herein.

5-104: MOBILE HOME REQUIREMENTS:
   A.   The most recent Oklahoma manufactured home installation standards relating to installation of a mobile home, are hereby adopted by reference, as provided by Oklahoma law: 47 Oklahoma Statutes section 582, establishment of the Oklahoma used motor vehicle and parts commission.
   B.   The commission shall promulgate rules for licensing of manufactured home installers and the installation, which is blocking, anchoring and leveling of mobile and manufactured homes that meet the standards of the manufacturer's manual or the commission. Copy of said law shall be kept for reference in the office of the town clerk for use, inspection and examination by the public.
