§ 111.65 PRIVATE ANNIVERSARIES, RECEPTIONS, AND THE LIKE.
   This subchapter shall not apply to those places whose premises are offered solely for the purpose of celebrating anniversaries, wedding receptions, graduations, and similar private purposes, providing that the music, whether mechanically reproduced or live, shall not be played of performed on the premises earlier than 12:00 p.m. of the day of the occasion nor later than 12:00 a.m. of the same day.

§ 111.66 EFFECTIVE DATE.
   This subchapter shall take effect and be in full force from and after is passage and publication as provided by law.

COMMERCIAL ESTABLISHMENT REGISTRATION
§ 111.75 INTENT.
   It is the intent of this subchapter to require that all businesses in the village register to operate. The intent of the business registration program is to provide the village with complete identifying information concerning businesses and their owners and the owners of the premises upon which the businesses are located in order to protect the business in case of emergency; and to protect the public or other businesses in case of complaints alleging code violations.

§ 111.76 APPLICATION.
   (A)   Applicants for all registrations shall be made to the village in writing on the form provided for that purpose: Each application shall contain:
      (1)   Business names.
      (2)   A description of the type of business.
      (3)   The location or proposed location of the business.
      (4)   Business telephone number.
      (5)   Business owner, manager, operator or responsible persons name, residential address, and residential telephone number.
      (6)   Evidence that the required state retailer's tax, service occupation tax, or appropriate use tax has been paid for the preceding year.
   (B)   Any person desiring to register a business shall file an application with the village not less than 30 days prior to the time said person desires to commence the business operation. Thereafter, prior to continued operation of the business in subsequent years, a renewal application shall be filed not less than 30 days prior to expiration of the registration term. In the event such renewal application is not filed by this date, a late charge to be set by the village shall be charged. Delinquency can result in suspension and/or revocation of a business registration.

§ 111.77 FORMS.
   Forms for business registration, and applications therefore, shall be prepared and kept on file by the Village Clerk.

§ 111.78 SIGNATURES.
   Each registration issued shall bear the signatures of the Mayor, the Village Clerk and/or the Building Inspector in the absence of any provision to the contrary.
