§ 92.16 ASSIGNMENT.
   The Village Clerk or Village Collector shall assign or cause to be assigned to each frontage its proper number, which shall be the number assigned to the frontage nearest to the entrance of a building and no number shall be used to designate any building unless it has been assigned.
