§ 92.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person, firm, or corporation violating § 92.01 shall be fined not less than $50 nor more than $750 for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed for each and every day during which a violation continues or exists.

   (B)   Any person, firm, or corporation violating the terms of §§ 92.15 et seq. is guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not more than $750 for each offense and if they violate or fail to comply with the terms and provisions of §§ 92.15 et seq., each day of violation shall constitute a separate offense. In the event the fines are not paid within 60 days after the rendition of a bill, they shall be deemed and are hereby declared to be delinquent, and thereafter the delinquencies shall constitute liens upon the real estate for which the fines, and the Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to file sworn statements showing the delinquencies in the office of the Recorder of Deeds of Grundy and Will Counties, Illinois, and the filing of the statements shall be deemed notice for the payment of the fines.
