§ 153.119 STREET LIGHTING.
   (A)   The owner/developer will be obligated to provide street lighting for the development as herein required. The style and type of lighting will be determined by the village as set forth in this chapter. Any additional lighting or special lighting is the responsibility of the owner/developer.
   (B)   Street lighting improvements must be properly detailed on all subdivision improvement plans and shall incorporate rigid electrical conduits and junction point/pull boxes as approved by the Village Engineer. Control boxes are required for all street lighting improvements with the location and type of box selection to be approved by the Village Engineer. All materials used shall be approved by the Village Engineer and shall be compatible with current LED lights/controllers, as approved by the Village Engineer.
