§ 153.118 STORMWATER DRAINAGE.
   (A)   An adequate system of stormwater drainage shall be constructed and installed that will adequately drain the development and protect roadway pavements and will prevent the accumulation of stormwater at any place under normal conditions.
   (B)   All improvements shall comply with the village's adopted Will County Storm Water Ordinance. Said improvement plans and supporting design calculations shall be reviewed and approved by the Village Engineer. Street ROW drainage and rear yard drainage improvements will both be required. Rear yard drainage shall include a minimum of two connection points for each lot:
      (1)   Downspout and yard drains.
      (2)   Footing tile/basement sump pump discharge line connection.
   (C)   Private landscaping infiltration systems (rain gardens, etc.) are encouraged. The use of deep-rooted native plant material is encouraged within and around detention and retention ponds. All materials shall be approved by the Village Engineer. A list of approved materials may be added by appendix.
   (D)   All lots adjacent to the Claypool Drainage Ditch shall comply with the District's construction requirements including a 20-foot setback easement and future access.
