§ 153.115 RIGHT-OF-WAY IMPROVEMENTS.

After all street and utility work has been completed, all public right-of-way not covered by pavement shall be covered with a minimum of 4 inches of topsoil and seeded or sodded to the satisfaction of the Village Engineer.
