Fees for services provided by the Village Engineer, village staff and consultants consisting of plan review and filing fees shall be as follows: The usual and customary fees as provided for in the professional fee agreement and pursuant to the then-current fee schedule as approved by the Village Board from time to time. This shall include, but not be limited to, Engineering Design Review fees and inspection fees.
