§ 153.061 EROSION AND SEDIMENTATION CONTROL MEASURES.

Subdivision of, or development activities on, any land within the Village of Diamond, or within its extra-territorial jurisdiction, shall be subject to the conditions contained in its current ordinance entitled "Soil Erosion and Sediment Control, Ordinance 1995-05, as amended from time to time.
