§ 153.060 FLOODPLAIN REGULATIONS.

Subdivision of, or development activities on, any land within the Village of Diamond, or within its extra-territorial jurisdiction, shall be subject to the conditions contained in its current ordinance (Chapter 155), as amended from time to time.
