The fees for each lot, sublot or tract of land shown upon any map, plat or subdivision approved by the County Board shall be $5; provided, the fee for any map, plat or subdivision so approved shall not be less than $10. The fees herein authorized are to be paid into the General Corporation Fund of the county by the party desiring to have the plat approved.
