§ 151.01 APPROVAL OF MAPS, PLATS AND SUBDIVISIONS.
   (A)   The County Board shall require that all maps, plats and subdivisions shall fully comply with all applicable federal, state and local rules and regulations.
   (B)   All maps, plats and subdivisions shall be reviewed and approved by the Administrator of the County Department of Planning and Zoning.
   (C)   Before any map or plat is recorded by the County Recorder, there shall be affixed to its face the signature of the Administrator together with the date of the approval or, in his or her absence, the Chairperson of the Land Use and Development Committee or the Chairperson of the County Board.
   (D)   Before any subdivision plat is recorded by the Recorder, there shall be affixed to its face the signature of the Chairperson of the County Board together with the date of the approval, and the signature of the village president or city mayor if the subdivision involved land within one and one-half miles of the corporate limits of any village or city having in effect rules and regulations concerning the subdivision of land.
