§ 110.21 REFUND OF FEES.
   (A)   In the event that an application for a license under this chapter is denied, the application fee accompanying the application shall be returned to the applicant.
   (B)   In the event that any holder of a license issued under this chapter joins the Armed Forces of the United States, whether by voluntary enlistment, draft, conscription or otherwise, the holder of a license shall be entitled to a pro rata refund of a portion of the current annual license fee paid. The pro rata refund is to be computed by taking the number of months for which the license is not used, dividing this number by 12, then multiplying the result by the annual fee for whatever class of license is involved. No holder of a license shall be entitled to a refund under this section until he or she provides proper proof to the Commission that he or she has in fact, become a member of the Armed Forces of the United States.
