§ 110.19 EXPIRATION OF LICENSE; RENEWAL.
   (A)   Each license shall expire at midnight on June 30, next following its issuance. The fee to be paid shall be reduced in proportion to the full calendar months which have expired in the year prior to the issuance of the license.
   (B)   Any licensee may renew his or her license at the expiration thereof; provided, he or she is then qualified to receive a license and the premises for which the renewal license is sought are suitable for the purposes, in the same manner as required of any new applicant.
