(A) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is otherwise provided shall be subject to the penalty provisions set forth in § 10.99.
(B) If the person owning, leasing, occupying or having control of the property as set forth in §§ 91.20 through 91.25, fails to correct the violation within the stated time, he or she shall be guilty of a violation of those sections and, upon conviction, he or she shall be fined a sum not less than $5, nor more than $100. Each day upon which a violation exists shall be deemed a separate offense.
