§ 91.25 ENFORCEMENT.
   Any duly authorized member or representative of the County Health Department is hereby designated an enforcing officer of this subchapter and it shall be the duty of the State’s Attorney of the county to prosecute any violator or offender under this subchapter that are all to his or her attention by the Board of Health, and the Board of Health shall hereby be given specific power to make inspections and, for that purpose, may enter buildings, structures and premises in order to enforce the provisions of this subchapter and, to that end, shall make the orders, requirements, decisions and determinations as are necessary with respect to the enforcement of this chapter.
