§ 90.019 FEES.
   The veterinarian shall collect from the owner or person in possession and control of the animal at the time of vaccination the sum of $7 for a one-year vaccination registration for an altered dog or cat or $17 for an intact dog or cat and the sum of $18 for a three-year vaccination registration for altered dog or cat or $48 for an intact dog or cat. Notwithstanding the foregoing, any failure to register or vaccinate a subject animal within 15 days from the date that the registration vaccination is due shall result in a fee being assessed at $15 for one- and/or three-year registration vaccination fees; or, if not paid within 45 days, a fee of $30 for a one- and/or three-year vaccination registration. The veterinarian is authorized to retain the sum of $1 for a one-year vaccination registration and the sum of $2 for a three-year vaccination registration for collection and bookkeeping services, and shall transmit the balance to the administration, as provided in § 90.018.
